Terms of Service
These terms govern all orders placed with ForeverPaw, owner Mattia Romaneschi, Eulenweg 29b, 8832 Wilen bei Wollerau, Switzerland, through this online store.
1. Contract
Product listings are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. A contract comes into effect when we confirm your order by email.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. We are not VAT-registered in Switzerland, so prices do not include Swiss VAT. Orders shipped outside Switzerland may be subject to import duties or taxes in the destination country; these are payable by the customer. Payment is due at the time of ordering through the methods offered at checkout.
3. Personalization
You are responsible for the content you upload for engraving. By uploading a photo or text you confirm that you hold the necessary rights to it and that it does not infringe third-party rights or applicable law. We may refuse orders with unlawful or offensive content. Items are engraved exactly as approved, so please check your design carefully, because spelling mistakes in text you submitted cannot be corrected once production has started.
4. Delivery
Production takes 2 to 5 business days. Delivery then takes 3 to 6 business days to the United States and 1 to 6 business days within Europe. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
5. Returns and withdrawal
See our Refund Policy. For customers in the EU/EEA, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized (Consumer Rights Directive, Art. 16(c)).
6. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights for defective goods apply. Normal wear, damage from improper use, and colour changes caused by cosmetics, chlorine or perfume are not defects.
7. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. In cases of slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable damage typical of this type of contract.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is Freienbach, canton of Schwyz, Switzerland. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the customer's country of residence remain unaffected.
