How does the personalization work?
After you place your order, you upload a photo of your pet's paw. Our designer turns it into an engraving — you can also add your pet's name and a short message for the back of the pendant.
What if my photo isn't perfect?
A clear photo of the paw on a plain background works best, but our designer cleans up the image before engraving. If the photo can't be used, we'll come back to you before making anything.
How long does it take?
Every pendant is made to order: 2–5 business days to produce, then 3–6 business days to the US and 1–6 business days within Europe.
Can I return my order?
Yes — you have 30 days. Because each item is personalized, please contact us first. We'll always try to fix a mistake before offering a refund.
Which materials do you use?
Stainless steel — hypoallergenic and tarnish-free — with a silver, gold or rose gold finish. The pendant is 20 mm, the chain 56 cm.
