Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide from our production and fulfilment facilities in the United States and Europe.

Processing time

Every piece is personalized and made after you order. Production takes 2 to 5 business days, including the step where our designer converts your photo into an engraving.

Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery takes 3 to 6 business days within the United States and 1 to 6 business days within Europe. Other destinations typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days. These are estimates. Delays caused by carriers, customs or incorrect delivery addresses are outside our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on every order, worldwide. There is no minimum order value.

Customs and import duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in our prices and are payable by the recipient.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If your parcel has not arrived 20 business days after dispatch, write to hello@foreverpaw.us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect, we will contact you and re-ship it once. Repeat re-shipments are charged at cost.
